10 years of Ibiza Project

And it all started with a group of 60 people…

In 2016 when we organized our first group—60 people from the insurance sector—we still had no idea that the project would become a decade-long story.

That first summer, the island put us to the test. But it also opened doors for us: we ended the year collaborating with a renowned booking site on a private event that connected us with Ibiza's most important hotel managers. It was the boost we needed.

Since then, Ibiza Project has not stopped growing, step by step, event by event. Never all at once, always with meaning.
We grew up in 2017, when we organized our first large group: 350 people.
And also when a client with a boat trusted us to take care of their family vacation, reservation after reservation, summer after summer.
We grew up in 2018, when the island was filled with cars for our first large-scale team building, and when cruise groups started choosing us as their trusted DMC.

We grew up in 2019, when we celebrated the 50th anniversary of the CEO of an international coffee brand, and when we welcomed—for the first time—an American group who showed us that Ibiza could speak many languages.
And we continue to grow even in the difficult years. 2020 and 2021 they reminded us that resilience is also part of the journey: we organized shootings, managed permits, adapted our rhythms, and celebrated the return of loyal customers who never let go of our hand.
Then came the big challenges:

In 2022 we fully coordinated the international convention for one of the world's largest telephone companies. Hotels, transfers, dinners, activities, excursions... everything was managed by our team.

In 2023, we organized the largest event in our history: more than 1900 peoplefor a renowned fashion brand. A full month of work, a reinforced team, impeccable logistics, and a press that spoke volumes about the success of Ibiza Project.

And 2024 found us at another stage of maturity: the sport made its way onto the agenda with the largest group Jiu-Jitsu event on the island, with a tatami measuring almost 500 m². It was a challenge… and a new shared triumph.

But if we've learned anything in these ten years, it's that true achievements aren't measured in numbers, but in connections.
In the trust of repeat customers.
In the agencies that call us back.
In hotels that are recommended to us without asking.
In the messages that arrive after each event, with a simple “thank you, it was perfect.”
Ten years later, we continue to believe in the same thing that brought us here:
in doing things well, in taking care of the details, in working with passion and respect for the islands that inspire us.
We are not an agency that only organizes events or vacations.
We are the team that supports you, that anticipates, that resolves.
He knows every corner of Ibiza and Formentera and shares it with pride.
