10 years of Ibiza Project

Organizing a corporate event in Ibiza might seem easy. There's sun, there's sea, there's good energy. But when you're looking for something that not only works but also makes a difference, other ingredients come into play.
And that's where Ibiza Project comes in:
Strategic vision, local knowledge, attention to detail, and soul.

This month we have participated in several key meetings for the sector:

📍 The Ibiza MICE Summit, where the potential of the islands as an events destination was highlighted.
📍 The Direct MICE Marketing Days in Italy, organized by Turespaña through the OET in Milan, which we proudly attended thanks to the proposal of Ibiza Convention Bureau, of which we are a part.

These spaces allow us to share what we do, but above all, listen: to understand what a company is looking for today when organizing an event and what Ibiza can offer —beyond the clichés— to meet those expectations.

When a customer lands, we've already landed for them:

· the transfers are confirmed,
• the adjusted reserves,
• customized menus,
• the planned times and the backup plans activated just in case.

Because a good event is noticeable when Everything seems easy even though there's a team behind the scenes tying up every last loose end.
Like when, a few months ago, we organized a convention for more than 100people which involved accommodation in different hotels, coordination of schedules, maritime transport, and a last-minute change due to weather conditions.
It came out perfectly.
And the attendees… were completely unaware of the logistical storm we resolved behind the scenes.
Creativity without noise, experiences with purpose
We don't believe in meaningless fireworks.
We believe in coherent experiences. In connecting the purpose of the event with what the island offers.
A dinner by the sea without excesses.
A team building cycling trip through the interior of Formentera.
A sunrise yoga session before the end of the day.
We have organized catamaran activities, themed parties with surprise DJs, local showcookings and even jiu-jitsu championships in rooms converted into tatami mats.
Each group is different.
Therefore, each proposal is also a proposal.
